Stage Director

The Stage Director is responsible for managing stage changes, coordinating the setup of instruments, and ensuring smooth transitions between performances. This role requires knowledge of stage layouts, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure everything runs efficiently during live performances.

Personnel Manager

The Personnel Manager is tasked with managing the orchestra’s member roster, ensuring musicians are present and seated correctly for rehearsals and performances. This role involves organizing seating charts, taking attendance, and handling any personnel issues that arise. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Rehearsal Coordinator

Responsible for managing rehearsal schedules, booking venues, and ensuring all logistical needs are met.

Stage Manager

Manages the setup of chairs, music stands, and large instruments; coordinates stage transitions during performances.

Librarian

Responsible for acquiring, preparing, distributing, and collecting music scores, as well as organizing the music library.

Concert Coordinator

Manages all concert-day activities, including coordinating with musicians, venue staff, and audience logistics.

House Manager

Responsible for overseeing ticket sales, handling audience seating, and managing front-of-house operations during the performance.

Stage Hand

Responsible for setting up and breaking down music stands, chairs, and instruments. Works closely with the stage manager and production team to ensure everything is properly placed and organized.

Logistics Assistant

Helps with transporting equipment, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the proper storage of instruments. Works with the logistics coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

Marketing Associate

Responsible for creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and ensuring concert promotions are distributed to the public. Works with the Publicity Director to maximize audience engagement.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator manages the transport and setup of instruments and equipment for rehearsals and performances. They work closely with other team members to ensure that all necessary items arrive on time and are properly arranged. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills to address last-minute logistical challenges.

In-Person Set Up

The In-Person Set Up team is responsible for arranging chairs, music stands, and equipment at concert and rehearsal venues. They follow setup instructions carefully to ensure the stage is ready for performances. This role requires physical ability, attention to detail, and reliability to meet the orchestra's needs for each event.
